SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications between Penn Home Health Care LLC (“Penn Home Health Care,” “Penn Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals who consent to communicate with us by SMS.

SMS Program Description

Penn Home Health Care uses SMS primarily for one-to-one operational communications.
Depending on your relationship with Penn Home Health Care, text messages may include:

Scheduling and schedule changes
Staffing communications
Employment application and onboarding communications
Document requests and reminders
Appointment or service coordination
Responses to inquiries
Administrative or operational communications
Other communications related to your interaction with Penn Home Health Care

Penn Home Health Care does not use this SMS program for mass marketing or automated promotional messaging.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

Individuals may consent to receive SMS communications from Penn Home Health Care by:

Providing a mobile telephone number and agreeing to text communication during a telephone conversation with Penn Home Health Care;
Providing a mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text communications duringan application or onboarding process;
Providing consent through a Penn Home Health Care form or other communication process; or
Initiating a text message conversation with Penn Home Health Care.

By opting in, you authorize Penn Home Health Care to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided for the purposes described above.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services or employment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Penn Home Health Care. For example, the number of messages may vary based on scheduling activity, staffing needs, onboarding requirements, service coordination, or your requests and responses.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received in connection with this SMS program.
Penn Home Health Care is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out — STOP

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Penn Home Health Care at any time by replying:

After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you subsequently opt in again.

SMS text messaging may not be an appropriate method for transmijng confidential or sensitive information.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, detailed medical information, or other highly sensitive information by standard SMS unless Penn Home Health Care specifically instructs you to use an authorized secure communication method.

Changes to SMS Terms

Penn Home Health Care may modify these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued participation in SMS communications after an update may be subject to the revised terms and applicable law.
